We stayed one night at the hotel, it is the perfect location, right in the middle of Heraklion. Can just pop out and wander around the town with lots of shops, cafes and tavernas. Easy to check in, the room was great and the staff friendly. Breakfast was also great. I would highly recommend and would stay there again in my next trip to Crete. The hotel booked for us a taxi to the airport the next day only took 15 minutes to get there)

This is the greatest location ever, in the hard of the old town of Heraklion, close to everything. The place is beautiful and puts you in the mood, the breakfast is excellent - make sure you ask for a cappuccino! A very comfortable room, reasonably quiet, good wi-fi, and there are bath robes provided which was certainly a bonus. I recommend you come there by bus or taxi but definitely don't drive there - it will be an exercise in self-aggravation! You don't need a car there anyways.

Fantastic building, a privilege to be able to stay in such an historic residence. Communication with the host/manager was easy, responsive and helpful. Very generous breakfast, great coffee and lovely courtyard setting. Lots of little extras and very friendly, customer service oriented staff. A very enjoyable stay, highly recommend.
